The Execution Forum Series
A practical way to create new client conversations
TAN members have told us they want membership to help create opportunities for new client relationships — and that they don't want to sell themselves or lead with their credentials. The Execution Forum Series gives members a better way to begin those relationships: by inviting potential clients into a substantive business conversation they are helping facilitate.
01 — The Forum
What is The Execution Forum?
The Execution Forum brings business leaders and TAN members together around a specific business issue that can affect execution and performance. Each Forum uses a realistic business case to explore the issue in depth. Participants then consider where similar friction or opportunity may exist inside their own organization — with TAN members helping facilitate the conversation throughout.
These are not panels or pitch events. They are working sessions built around business problems leaders already recognize and care about.
-
Realistic Business Case
A grounded scenario that mirrors real organizational challenges
-
Facilitated Breakouts
Structured conversation where leaders apply insights to their own organization
-
TAN Members as Facilitators
You participate in the work — not as a vendor, but as a guide
02 — Why Attend
Why would a client want to attend?
Each Forum focuses on a business issue that leaders recognize from their own organizations. Participants watch a realistic business situation unfold, then look at their own organization through the same lens. In a facilitated breakout, they discuss what they are seeing and begin to identify where similar issues may be affecting their business.
01
Recognition
The issue feels familiar — drawn from patterns leaders encounter regularly
02
Reflection
Participants examine their own organization through a structured, objective lens
03
Discovery
They leave with greater visibility into their organization and something worth exploring further
03 — Your Practice
How does this help my practice?
Potential clients experience you participating in the work — not listening to you talk about your experience or credentials. That distinction matters. By the end of the Forum, they have begun exploring a real issue within their own organization. That gives you a natural, credible reason to follow up and continue the conversation — because the work has already started.
Your Referral Link
Anyone who registers through your personal referral link is assigned to you. After the Forum, you follow up on what surfaced during the session and continue the conversation from a position of relevance — not cold outreach.
TAN-Sourced Opportunities
TAN also invites prospective clients directly to each Forum. Members who participate may be assigned qualified opportunities from attendees who do not already have a member relationship — expand your reach beyond your own network.
04 — Get Started
Invite a potential client
Register to receive your personal referral link and use it to invite potential clients to an upcoming Execution Forum. Registration is straightforward — and the link does the work of connecting your name to every attendee who comes through it. After the Forum, you'll have a clear, natural reason to follow up on what surfaced during the session and keep the conversation moving forward.
