Before you submit

Use the same email address throughout the Panelist onboarding process so your agreement, profile, and Forum record remain connected.

Submit the agreement Complete the required fields and digital signature.

Check your inbox Look for the CAARMO confirmation and next-step email.

Check spam or promotions Review filtered folders before submitting the form again.

If the email is in spam

  • Open the CAARMO message and select Not spam or Move to inbox.
  • Add the sender’s CAARMO email address to your contacts or safe-sender list.
  • Mark the message as important or trusted when your email provider offers that option.
  • Reply to the confirmation email once to help future Forum messages reach your inbox.

Do not submit the form twice unless the page confirms that the first submission failed.
